Brighter Futures Program In partnership with the Samaritans

The Brighter Futures Program provides services and targeted support for children aged 0-8 years and their families to build strength and resilience for optimal long term benefits.

Services Provided:

• Home Visiting.
• Parenting Programs / Groups.
• Parenting Skills and Support.
• Services to Eastlakes and Westlakes areas.
• Referrals and assessment by lead agency and NSW Human Services, Community Srevices.
